The spring half term was very exciting as we were learning about space. We did some moon watching and we followed the CBeebies 'Star Gazing' programme. This taught us a lot about space and introduced us to the astronaut Tim Peake. He is the first British Astronaut on the International Space Station. He was actually in space while we were doing our topic work!

We have also studied the star constellations and made telescopes. We used a pin to prick out the constellations on a tissue disc which we then held up to the light.
